Refund policy

Due to safety and the nature of our homemade, natural products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened. Slight variations in our products are normal and part of their unique character.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days. For damaged or defective products, please include a photo as proof. To request a refund, email us at contact@nila.care within 14 days of purchase and return the item within 7 days of your request.
